All customers are required to keep a valid credit card securely on file for automatic billing, after each lawn service is rendered.

This quote is valid for the next 30 days; after which prices may be subject to change.

If work does not begin within 60 days of quote approval, prices may be subject to change.

General Information:
1. A certificate of insurance will be provided upon request. All employees are covered under an active worker’s compensation policy and general liability insurance.

2. All work will be performed during regular business hours.

3. Due to inclement weather, shortage of material, labor or any other issues beyond A&F Lawn Care’s control, there may be a delay for the competition of work.

4. Work will be performed by trained, professional individuals.

5. With permission, client allows A&F Lawn Care to take pictures for marketing purposes.

6. By signing the quote/estimate, you agree to all terms of this now binding contract.

7. Once deposit is collected, deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable after 3 (three) business days.

8. We are not responsible for any damage to lawns, sidewalks, or driveways (this includes pool installations). Any damage to personal property, thought to be the result of A&F Lawn Care, must be reported to A&F within 24 hours or we will not be held liable or responsible.

9. Lawn service does not include weed wacking parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, or walking paths. All lawn service customers are required to have a valid credit card on file, along with a current driver’s license (front and back).

10. No employee shall be denied access to a specific job site or area to perform property maintenance, (i.e. locked or broken gates). If employee cannot easily and safely access the grassy areas to mow, we will not return to the property until the next scheduled lawn service. If portion(s) of grassy area was not serviced due to lack of access, the price does not change nor are discounts offered in the event all grassy areas were not cut.

Terms of Payment:
Payment is due when services are rendered or receipt of invoice. Residential customers have a 15 day grace period from receipt of invoice. Commercial customers’ payment terms are Net 30 days unless otherwise reflected on your quote and invoice, as some jobs require payment upon completion. All customers: If balance is not paid in full, a service charge of 5% is applied to each invoice for every month invoice is not paid in full. Bounced checks will incur a $35.00 administrative fee. In the event A&F Lawn Care needs to take client to court, client agrees to pay court costs, collections fees, attorney fees, administrative fees and any other legal costs associated with the case. Services may be suspended by A&F Lawn Care for nonpayment if there is no agreement for payment.  Any permit, registration, filing or application fees. etc., are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are added to the customer’s invoice is we arrange the permit.

Termination Policy:
This contract may be terminated by customer by certified mail. There is a 30-day period upon receipt of when notice is received that A&F Lawn Care will be responsible to complete all work scheduled up until termination date. Client is responsible for payment of cuts during the cancellation period, whether they choose to have their lawn cut or not.
Deposits collected are nonrefundable and nontransferable after 3 (three) business days of signing/approving quote.
Credit Card Processing fee: There is 3% processing fee that is added to the cost of the final bill for Clean Up invoices only, when customer pays by credit card. If a credit card is used for deposit, then the balance paid for by check or cash, the 3% fee only applies to the deposit.
By providing A&F Lawn Care with your credit card, you are authorizing A&F Lawn Care to use this method of payment after services rendered and to include the appropriate processing fee, where applicable.
