Lawn Care
Lawn service includes weekly or bi-weekly mowing on all grassy areas, edging, weed wacking & blowing down all sidewalks, patios and driveways. We offer retention pond maintenance as well. You choose the frequency of those cuts. Our lawn care season runs from April through November.
Mulch
Let us do the heavy lifting and bring out the beauty in your yard with fresh mulch! We deliver and/or install black, brown, natural/playground or red mulch. Looking for some curb appeal in your existing landscape design? We’ll create new mulch beds around trees and plant flowers and/or create an inexpensive border for additional curb appeal!
Spring & Fall Clean Up’s
Our Clean Up service can be customized to suit the needs of your property and your budget! A Spring Clean Up includes a grass cut, trimming all bushes, edging and cleaning of all garden beds & disposal of all yard debris. Similar services are offered for a Fall Clean Up or we can simply blow the entire property of leaves. A&F Lawn Care WILL REMOVE & DISPOSE OF YOUR LEAVES at no additional cost! That’s right, no more waiting for the township to pick up!
Sod Installation
New turf instantly creates beauty and adds value to your property. Careful consideration is given during installation to seamlessly install your new sod around trees, garden beds, walkways and driveways. Ask about our fertilizing programs to ensure your new sod looks like new for years to come!
Lawn Fertilization
Fertilizer maximizes root health, minimizes thatch, and reduces nitrogen leaching and water usage! If you’re like us and love pulling into your home and seeing, smelling, and feeling your beautiful, lush, green lawn, we have a fertilizing program for you! We also offer weed control for hard surface areas (driveways, curb line, sidewalk, patios, garden beds, etc).
Irrigation
We install, open, repair and winterize irrigation systems. During our opening service, we will check all sprinkler heads to ensure no leaks are present. Any issues are discussed with you, before making any repairs. During our winterization service we will shut off the water supply to the irrigation system, shut off the system itself and blow all lines clear of water, using a compressor.
Grounds Keeping
We offer commercial, business & residential properties a wide array of services including lawn cutting, thatching, aerating, seeding, trimming, edging, fertilizer, weed control, clean up’s, planting, brush & debris removal and more. Whether it’s a one time clean up or seasonal, you choose the frequency of visits!
Seeding
A&F Lawn Care installs high quality seeding from our most commonly used, Tall Fescue Seed, or a Rye Grass Seed that provides high turf quality, a dark green color, traffic tolerance and resistance to gray leaf spot. This seed is resistant to surface feeding insects and is highly effective for homes with four legged friends that love doing zoomies in the yard!
